Buying a new home is one of the most important decisions and, for most of us, the most expensive purchase, we make in our lives.
At Knarsboro Homes we provide our customers with an efficient, informed buying experience and support you every step along the way to opening your new front door.
Our experienced sales personnel are there to support you and do everything they can to ensure the buying process runs as smoothly as possible. They will assist you with your choices of interior fittings and finishes and keep you up to date with your new home’s progress and timeline.
For customers who purchase before their Knarsboro Home is complete there is the opportunity to personalise the specification to suit your needs.
Before you move we will arrange for a member of our team to walk you through your new home and demonstrate heating and electrical equipment.
On the day you move in we will provide you with a Welcome Box and our Home Manual, which is a comprehensive guide to your new property detailing warranties, care of fixtures and fittings, heating, service providers etc.
During the first 2 years of the warranty Knarsboro Homes will carry out any minor issues that may occur with your new home.
All of our homes come with the security of a 10 year housebuilders’ guarantee.
Our homes can currently be purchased using the Help to Buy scheme (homes under £600,000 only).
